A huge site covering just about every aspect of digital photography, including comprehensive reviews of DSLR's, Lenses and Point & Shoot cameras from all the major manufacturers. Site was bought by Amazon.com in May 2007.

DPreview is a big site, but as others have said, the reviews on there are next to useless, as the people doing them are quite obviously biased towards certain brands.

Tries to be all things to all people but fails on many counts. Obviously brand-biased, and also influenced by the Amazon ownership who are pushing big-dollar camera reviews in lieu of economical compacts. Forums largely populated by flame-baiters, fanboys and trolls. Better sites out there.

I was surprised to see the negative comments due to bias and fanboys ready for flaming for DP Review. I found the forums very helpful and responsive. A question by a beginner or expert alike will likely get a response within minutes. The camera tests and reviews are extensive and seem to reflect objectivity. This site is a treasure trove of information and has a very active well behaved forum membership.
After reading it often for several months, I fail to detect the bias suggested, or if there was, which models or brands it was biased towards or against.
