Nikon Germany has posted a new kit on its web site - the PDK-1 for the Nikon D300 and Nikon D700.
The kit consists of everything you need to power your D300 or D700 with an EN-EL4a battery:
- A MB-D10 Battery Pack
- An EN-EL4a Battery
- An MH-21 Charger for the EN-EL4a
- A BL-3 Cover for the MB-D10
All yours for $381 Euros. For all but the most extreme users, we still believe that using low discharge NiMH batteries (for example eneloops) is a much more viable alternative to power the Nikon MB-D10, giving similar results (8 f.p.s. and well over 2,000 exposures per charge) for a fraction of the cost.
