The Nikon D7000:

Nikon D7000

Launched in 2010 as a replacement for the excellent Nikon D90, the Nikon D7000 upped the ante introducing a brand new 16.2 megapixel sensor, full 1080p video mode, improved ISO capabilities, twin SD Card slots, improved AF system and weather sealing, and a host of other improvements over the Nikon D90.

Aimed at the serious amateur photographer, or even as a backup for a pro, this camera has 'winner' written all over it.
